When You Can Return
You can return any item purchased on yumex.com within 30 days of the delivery date .
Return conditions:
- Item in original condition
- Labels still attached
- Original packaging included
- Receipt or order confirmation email
- No signs of wear or damage
Important: For hygiene reasons, some items such as underwear and swimwear cannot be returned after the labels have been removed.
What You Can't Return
To ensure maximum hygiene and quality, some items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or made-to-measure items
- Intimate items once the label has been removed
- Products damaged by improper use
- Washed or altered items
- Gift cards and discount coupons
- Final sale items (when specified)

How to Make a Return
Request a Return
Contact us at info@yumexitalia.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
Get the Label
We will send you the free return label by email within 24 hours.
Prepare the Package
Please place items in original packaging with tags attached.
Ship the Package
Apply the label and hand the package over to the courier or collection point.
Complete Policy
Refund Times
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you a confirmation email. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Return Costs
YUMEX offers free returns on all orders within Italy. For returns from abroad, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective items or shipping errors.
Size Change
If you need a different size:
- Contact us to check availability
- If available, we will manage the change at no additional cost.
- You will receive the new item before returning the original one.
- If not available, we will proceed with the standard refund
Defective Items
In the rare event of defective or damaged items during shipping:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We will proceed with immediate free replacement
- Full refund if replacement is not possible
- All shipping costs are at our expense
Incorrect Orders
If you received an item different from the one you ordered, YUMEX will take care of:
- Shipping the correct item
- Free return of the wrong item
- Possible refund of the price difference
- Compensation for the inconvenience caused
