Delivery Times
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM . For specific needs, some couriers offer specific time slots or Saturday deliveries (additional cost).
Important note: Delivery times are business days and do not include weekends and holidays. During peak demand periods (Black Friday, Christmas), delivery times may be extended by 1-2 days.
Delivery Methods
Standard Delivery
The courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts . If no one is present at the time of delivery, you will receive a notification that the package is undelivered.
Collection Points
Available throughout Italy at:
- GLS, BRT and SDA points (depot stops)
- Affiliated tobacconists and newsstands
- Partner supermarkets and shopping centers
- Automatic lockers in the main cities
Special Options
- Time slot delivery: +€3.00 (some areas only)
- Saturday delivery: +€5.00 (Italy only)
- Appointment Delivery: Available upon request
Delivery Requirements
To complete the delivery you must:
- Presence of an adult at the address
- Valid identity document
- Signature to acknowledge delivery
Important Information
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM . Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Holidays
Processing and shipping may be delayed during national holidays. We will always notify you via email of any changes.
Products Not Available
If a product is temporarily out of stock after you order:
- We will contact you within 24 hours to inform you
- You can choose to wait for the restocking
- Option to replace with a similar product
- Immediate refund of the difference
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to:
- Non-EU countries (in the process of being implemented)
- PO Boxes (physical addresses only)
- Military bases and diplomatic addresses
Customs and taxes: For shipments outside the EU, any customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient. We will provide you with all the necessary documentation.
